The CSCAMM SP/2 is no longer covered by a maintenance contract and is now being operated on a "best effort" basis. These fees are intended to cover the costs of backups (provided by OIT) and common hardware maintenance issues (disk failures, memory failures, support computer failures, etc). It is possible that a catastrophic failure of the system will result in the permanent termination of this service.
