Wireless Network

As part of OIT's strategic initiative to provide wireless services to the University (Mobile at Maryland  - MAM),  access is available throughout general public areas. Wireless access is currently available throughout the 38 classroom buildings on campus. The CSIC Building has full wireless coverage. CSCAMM is located on the fourth floor, please review the coverage map for more detailed information regarding coverage locations.

In order to establish a connection to MAM you will need to do the following:

1. If you are a new user to wireless, purchase a wireless Ethernet card.
2. Register your wireless Ethernet hardware address (MAC Address).
3. Configure your wireless card.
