SCIENTIFIC CONTENT

This workshop will concentrate on the following problems:

  1. the development of quantitative results for the sparse representation of functions using redundant systems;
  2. greedy algorithms and other numerical procedures for finding sparse representations;
  3. the computational complexity of numerical methods for sparse representations;
  4. applications of sparse representations to image and signal processing.
